Black Swan Riverwalk is about three blocks from the Kimpton Journeyman Hotel and two blocks from the Homewood Suites. Please note that the building is called the Renaissance Building. It is across the street from Shake Shack and Starbucks, and there is a surface parking lot immediately north of the building.
