There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails while the staff is giving you orientation.

Join us for a laid-back gathering to kick off the celebrations and get to know everyone! Think of it as a chance to connect, swap stories, and enjoy good vibes—fear not, we promise it won’t be a corporate icebreaker. No awkward name tags or trust falls here, just a relaxed morning of mingling with delicious drinks, bites, and maybe a few laughs. Whether you’re meeting for the first time or reuniting with familiar faces, it’s the perfect way to ease into the festivities.

Enjoy the villa or explore the island - option to schedule an activity the villa provides such as white water rafting, mountain bike tour, scuba diving/snorkeling, or day tours around Bali. We will be sending out a google survey ~2 months prior to the trip to collect responses on what kind of activities folks are interested in so we can group people together for the experiences :)

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

3:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Free Day / Foam Party

6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Casual during the day - fun attire that is ok to get wet and foamy for the party (swimsuits, watershoes, mesh stuff)!

While most of Thursday is open for recovery, relaxation, or whatever you'd like to get up to, plan to be around in the evening for the foam party at the villa!

Travel clothes

All good things must come to an end :( feel free to book your departure at whatever time and we will arrange airport transfer. Checkout time from the villa is 11am.
