Sydney: I met Jess in Mrs. Asta’s kindergarten class. We became friends through 4 square, spongebob quotes, and trampolines. We became BEST friends with Super Mario Bros, Sunsplash, emo concerts, and bonzai ball. When Danii started at Wildflower he’d tell me how funny Jess was and I'd be like “uh yeah I know, we’re like the same person.” Basically I love this girl and I can’t imagine having anyone else as my maid of honor. It means so much to me that her and Danii love each other. She’s our 3rd amigo. “I love you bitch. I aint eva gonna stop lovin you.. biiitch.” Danii: Jess is the homiest of all homies. She’s the mvp. She’s my Walking Dead pal and BB8 buddy. I love this girl and since what’s mine is now Sydney’s and what's Sydney’s is now mine, that means Jess you’re my bff too.
Manny

Sydney: Danii was Manny’s hubby way before I ever came around (so sorry for being a homewrecker). Manny always lights up the room and manages to make me laugh, I hope to be as cool as him one day to be honest. But for now: thank you Manny for being the best man. You really are the best... man. Danii: Growing up I always looked forward to being with Manny. Hanging out with him are some of my favorite childhood memories. But let’s also not forget the Manny I once knew: cry-baby Manny. I know Sydney thinks you’re cool but I still remember you crying in Mexico because our tia gave you a princess cereal bowl. 10 years later and we’ve grown up (or have we?), I’m just happy to have you here with me as my main man. You better not cry, bro.

Sydney: If you want to know how I feel about Becky you’ll need to travel back in time to her & Scott’s wedding & listen to my speech because I can’t go through those emotions again. No but really, I love Becky to death. She’s an amazing sister-in-law & friend. I practically begged Scott to marry her when they were dating just so she could be my sister. We bond on so many levels & when we’re together you really can’t shut us up (especially when we’re drunk). I love you to the banana and back girl. Danii: Oh my god Becky, she’s the best. (I mean she has to be to put up with Scott, am I right?) She’s always a good time & so easy to talk to. Even though her & Sydney never shut up I’m always stoked to hangout. But most importantly, I’m just excited to, in some way, be related to Cary Martin.

Sydney: Scotts my brother. & he is the worst. I strictly mean his terrible dad jokes & his inability to ever lose at Pictionary. Apart from that, he’s the best. When Danii & I started dating, I told Scott “he likes metal, playstation, & he watches his anime subbed.” He responded "if you’re trying to convince ME to date him it’s working.” So I think it’s safe to say we have his approval. I wouldn't get married without it. Danii: At first, I thought Scott didn’t care for me much. Then, I realized he doesn’t care much for anyone. Safe to say Scott & I have a lot in common. Getting to know him & working together has been cool, cuz he always makes me laugh. Don’t be mistaken by his beard and tattoos, at the end of the day all he wants to do is cuddle his dogs & watch anime (honestly, same).

Sydney: I remember being 17 & going to Dustin’s house crying because a boy broke my heart. Dustin wasn’t home and I didn’t know Steph really at all, but she could tell I was upset so she told me to come in and we talked and talked and we haven’t stopped talking since. Steph is not just my sister-in-law, she’s one of my best friends. I look forward to every sushi date and game night, and even though I hate beer I will do sake bombs all night for you, babe! I love you! Danii: Hey Steph, your cupcakes suck and I hate you. You give Star Wars fans a bad name. (Editor’s note: Danii and Steph are similar in the way they choose to show their affection through trash talking. So although this may seem like Danii does not like Steph at all, this statement is really very touching.)
Dustin

Sydney: Dustin is the most dependable, selfless, kind person I know. We didn’t always get along growing up, but since being older I realize how much I really look up to him. I'm so happy he is a part of my big day. But don't tell him I said that. Dustin if you’re reading this: you smell, stop touching me. STOP. TOUCHING. ME. Danii: Dustin, being Sydney’s brother, made many attempts to intimidate & scare me away. Then one day, I added extra extra bacon to his turkey pastrami sandwich at work & it’s been true love ever since. We’ve stayed up many-a-nights playing Destiny (“grinding the D” as we say) & bonded deeply at his bachelor party, a night to never be spoken of again. I guess if I have to have older brothers, Dustin’s not that bad. No homo. I love you. Very homo.

Sydney: When you look up serotonin in the dictionary, there is a picture of Matthew. Not one person can be around him and not be instantly happier. Thank you for always making me laugh and just being the world's best cuz. I love you and I'm happy to have some Baize Blood standing up there next to me on the big day. Danii: My guy, Young Garlic Bread. We don't see each other as often as I like, but when we do it's always the best time. I'm excited to be apart of the same fam so you'll be forced to spend more time with me.

Sydney: JJ is so quiet, I still sometimes think maybe he hates me. But either way I love the kid and it's been amazing to see him grow into a young man right in front of my eyes. It’s so important that he’s up there with us on our big day. Danii: JJ is my oldest little brother. When he was about 6 he threw a laundry basket at my head. In case anyone was wondering what the scar was from on my forehead, now you know. In case anyone was wondering what it’s like growing up with brothers, now you know. He may be taller than me, but he should still keep an eye out for flying laundry baskets. Love you brother.

Sydney: Memen is the little brother I never had and that pretty much sums it up. He’s one of the sweetest, coolest guys I know and I’m proud to be a part of his family. It’s been awesome watching him grow up and I’m so happy he’s going to be up there with us on our wedding day. Danii: Memen is my younger brother. Growing up, I changed Rymon’s diapers and I put out his fires (literally, he tried to light our mom’s mattress on fire). So, I guess you could say we’re pretty close. Love you brother.

Sydney: Kane always has the best horrible jokes at just the right time and he always pulls through in Pictionary. He’s such a cool and nice guy, no matter how mean he may appear in Cards Against Humanity. I look forward to officially being his prima. Danii: I miss the days of staying the night at Kane’s and bonding over all things nerdy. Although we’ve outgrown the days of sleepovers, I still see the nerdy little kid in him and I always enjoy hanging out. He’s one of the funniest, kind-hearted dudes I know and I’m stoked to have him in my wedding.

Sydney: Genna was born a week after me and Danii became "official" & it still blows my mind that she’s known me her whole life. Seeing the way Danii melts for Genna fills my heart with so much love for the both of them. She calls me Nini and I wear that name with pride because I love her SO much. She is such a ray of sunshine. She is THE perfect flower girl. Danii: Genna & I can relate to each other on another level because we were both raised without a dad. I really strive to fill that father-figure void for her because her little smile pushes me to work hard every day & to be a better person. Seeing how much she has grown and flourished makes me so proud. I can’t wait to witness the woman she becomes, but for now I want her to enjoy being a little girl throwing flowers down the aisle.

Sydney: When I met Chubbers, he would run and hide every time I came to the house. But I think after enough of playing Nerf guns with him and listening to his incomprehensible blabber, he warmed up to me. Now he’s a big boy and I wouldn't’ trust anyone else to walk our rings down the aisle! Danii: Chubbers will always be the baby brother no matter how old he gets. It’s amazing to see him now, when sometimes all I can think of is his tiny 2lb body in the ICU. Seeing the kind, smart boy he’s growing up to be makes me proud, but you will always be Chubbers to me. I’m so happy to have this little guy as our ring bearer.

Sydney: Connor is such a good friend & an amazing person. He can always me laugh, even with just a look. His laughter is so contagious, he has endless teaching anecdotes, & knows his way around a Kitchen-Aid better than I ever could. Most importantly, he has a huge heart. He’s known us since before we were dating and there was no question of who we wanted to be our officiate. Danii: If I wasn’t already committed to Sydney, Connor is the man I’d marry. He is an amazing person. One of the many things I love about Connor is his hearty laugh that can be heard across the room. He also makes some mean tacos, which is always a plus our book. There is no doubt that I want Connor to be a lifelong friend of ours. I am so excited for him to be the one to tie the knot for us.
