Travel Note

Airport Shuttles

Shuttles will transport all guests to and from the resort corresponding with your arrival and departure times. When you arrive in Puerto Vallarta, make sure to exit the airport and look for a TraficTours representative wearing a light blue shirt and khaki pants. Please make sure you've sent your flight details to our wedding specialist, Andrea Coots (acoots@destinationweddings.com). If you have any travel-related questions, Andrea can assist with those as well.

Phone service & credit/debit cards

Ben and I had no issues with phone service in Mexico (we have Verizon and Spectrum). Most services see to be the same. If you are unsure, we recommend reaching out to your phone provider to notify them you will be traveling to Mexico. If you do experience issues with texting, WhatsApp and Signal are great communication apps that use WiFi. For credit cards/debit cards you plan to bring and use for additional activities outside of the resort, we recommend notifying your bank so the payments go through. You can do this for many banks through their phone app.

Customs Form

We recommend filling out and printing the customs form in the link above to have ready when you arrive in Mexico. If not, the Puerto Vallarta airport will have them available for you to fill out, but it may cause delays.
