We’ve reserved a room block for our guests at The Wood River Inn in Hailey, Idaho — this is also where the wedding shuttle will pick up and drop off guests on the day of the celebration. Please be sure to book your room no later than June 11, 2026 to receive the discounted group rate. After that date, rooms will be released and available only as space allows. Shuttle

Our ceremony and reception will be held at a private estate, and parking on-site is very limited. To help reduce the number of cars (and ensure everyone can enjoy the open bar safely!), we encourage guests to use the shuttle service provided. The shuttle will pick up guests at the Wood River Inn at 3:15 p.m. and take everyone to the property before the ceremony. Return shuttles will run every 30 minutes from 8:30–10:00 p.m., bringing guests back to the Wood River Inn. If you need to drive yourself for any reason, please text Bailly at 406-794-9308 so we can plan accordingly.
