Kick off the weekend with us at our Welcome Event. We’ll have light bites, wine, and beer available. If you’d like something more substantial, we recommend enjoying an early dinner in Ketchum beforehand. After the event, join the bride and groom for a night out in Ketchum to keep the celebration going!
3:15 pm - 10:00 pm
The shuttle will pick up guests at the Wood River Inn at 3:15 p.m. and take everyone to the property before the ceremony. Return shuttles will run every 30 minutes from 8:30–10:00 p.m., bringing guests back to the Wood River Inn. Additional Details on the Hotels & Shuttle Page.

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Get ready to eat, drink, dance, and celebrate with us! The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. The open bar will be available starting at 3:30 PM, so we encourage early arrival to enjoy a drink and mingle. Our celebration will be held at a private estate, so the address is not listed online.
