Maid of Honor
Tabi and I met our freshman year of high school. Those days were filled with laughs, party's and a just few bad decisions. No matter what we did or where we went we always had fun. 7 years later our friendship has only grown stronger and our laughs louder. Tabi is my polar opposite, she is wild and loud, outgoing and fierce. She has always found a way to force me out of my comfort zone and to push me past the expectations I set for myself. She loved me unconditionally when I couldn't love myself and was truly my light during some of the darkest moments of my life.
Best Man
Dillon has played such a massive role in both Jeff and I's lives. He was an excellent friend to the both of us for years. He was the one to get Jeff the job at Pizza Hut introducing us and bringing the two of us together. Even more than that though, he has always been a constant supporter of the two of us. Often pushing us back together when we fought and sometimes playing mediator when we disagree. Dillon has had such a huge impact on who Jeff and I are as people and as a couple. We couldn't ask for anyone better to fill the role as our Best Man.
Matron of Honor
Sj and I met 2 years ago when she was hired at my job. We would spend our long overnight shifts having deep heart to heart talks, often going to Ginghams for breakfast afterwards to drink hot coco and listen to music in the parking lot. It's often hard for me to believe that Sj has only been in my life for 2 years. Our hearts are so similar and we share an insane mutual interest in just about everything. She has been such a positive and supportive influence in my life and Jeff and I are so thankful for her and her husband. They are expecting their first child this May and Jeff and I are beyond excited to fill the role of God Parents.
Groomsman
I was still in diapers when Chris came into my life. Him and my brother were best friends as children and when Chris moved out of our neighborhood we all lost contact. Flash forward 15 years. Jeff invited some of his friends to a party at my house and in walks Chris! Him and Jeff had been close friends for years. The world is so small and it's beautiful watching it all unfold. Chris is genuinely the most creative and hard working person in our life. He is so goal oriented, so kind and so selfless. It's hard to imagine our life without Chris's smile!
Bridesmaid
Jeff grew up going to the same elementary school as Casey and even played soccer with her younger brother. Jeff and Casey were reconnected when Casey began dating Jeff's best friend Dillon after high school. The first time that I got to really hangout with Casey was when we all took an 8 hour drive to Arkansas for a 4 day music festival. The four of us (and our friend Micah) spent the weekend camping, dancing and drinking together. 3 years later and Casey is one of my closest friends and I can't believe there was ever a time that she wasn't in my life!
Groomsman
Jeff and I met Scotty at my 18th birthday party when a mutual friend brought him over. Turns out we lived in the same neighborhood and had tons of mutual friends. We knew of each other for awhile but didn't start to get close until about a year ago. Now it's strange to go more than a week without seeing him. Scotty is such a lively and happy person, so getting him and Jeff together is always ridiculous and hilarious. It's genuinely hard to be in a bad mood around them.
Bridesmaid
Samantha began dating my brother about two years ago. She became a part of our family very quickly, bringing with her, her young daughter Makenzii. Samantha and I sparked up a close friendship and I am beyond happy that her and my brother will be getting married next fall. She has given Jeff and I two incredible nieces and brought so much joy into our families lives. We're honored to call her our sister.
Groomsman
My brother and I had a very strained relationship growing up, constantly butting heads and fighting. As we've grown up we've learned to like each other and have begun to support and encourage each other in just about everything. He has two beautiful little girls and is getting married next fall. I couldn't be happier watching him succeed and grow.
Bridesmaid
We met Moira only 7 months ago at a friends house party and we have been attached at the hip ever since. It was such an unexpected and fast friendship. Jeff and I were already engaged and planning our wedding when Moira was added to the wedding party (only 2 months after meeting her)! We clicked right away and already have such a wonderful friendship.
Groomsman
We have known Zackari for a couple of years now, we met at a mutual friends party and have just kind of bumped into each other now and again at different events. It wasn't until recently that we started building a solid friendship with him. Z is so kind and funny and we were immediately drawn to his friendly demeanor. We're so happy he's apart of the wedding and are excited to continue to grow our friendship.
Flower Girl
Kenzii is Jeff and I's oldest niece. She is so adventurous, creative and loving. She came into our lives almost 3 years ago and completely stole our hearts. We have loved watching her grow over these years and can't wait to see who she grows to be.
Usher
Robert is literally my brother from another mother. I couldn't imagine my life without him in it. For as long as I can remember he has acted like a second brother in my life and I am so happy that him and Jeff have built such a strong relationship.
Mother of the Bride
Everything that I am I owe to my mother. She has been my greatest ally and has always shown me the deepest love and compassion. She raised me to be strong willed and independent, she taught me how to love. She never second guessed Jeff, instead welcomed him into our family and encouraged our relationship every step of the way, always offering insight and advice. She has showed me my entire life the true meaning of marriage and love by loving my dad so strongly and always sticking it out even in the hard times. She has done so much for Jeff and I and all I hope is that we make her proud.
Father of the Bride
My dad loved me so completely my whole life. I never had to question if he was on my side or if he loved me. He showed me first hand the love I should receive from others by loving me and my mother that way every single day. My favorite memories of my dad were our yearly father-daughter dances, when he would buy me flowers, take me out to my favorite restaurant and dance with me to all of my favorite songs. He has worked so hard to provide and give to our family. He is the best man I know and no matter where I go in this life he will always be my number 1.
Mother of the Groom
Joy is without a doubt the most kind person in the entire world. She is incredibly selfless and wouldn't hesitate to go without if it meant giving to someone else. She opened her arms to me as soon as I came around and has never failed to make me feel like a part of the family. She has shown Jeff and I nothing but love and has helped so much with the constant wedding planning. She raised the most incredible man and for that I will be forever thankful.
Father of the Groom
Tom has always been a voice of reason. Anytime Jeff and I have hit a snag he is always the one to speak logically and to help us through with a guiding hand. He is hilarious and very rarely seen without a smile on his face. I'm so glad that Jeff had such incredible role models and was shown how to be a good man and a good person first hand through his father.
Honor Attendant
Becca is Jeff's 1st cousin and childhood best friend. She has always been so loving and so supportive of our relationship. It was so nice going to meet Jeff's family for the first time and immediately having a friend. She is such a kind and dedicated person and Jeff and I are forever thankful for her help on our wedding day.
Officiant
David is my dads older brother and growing up he acted very similarly to a second father to me. I spent entire summers at his house with his daughters and have learned so much about life from watching him. He has always been a strong, steady presence in my life. When Jeff and I got engaged We were a little lost on how we wanted everything to be. The one thing I knew for certain was that I wanted my uncle Dave to marry us. He is a genuinely good person and I wouldn't be who I am without him.
