Cocktail attire. Please wear black! Ladies - no white, please!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by August 1, 2024. If your name is not on the RSVP, please contact Rachel or Sam about attendance.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Everything will take place indoor.

Can I take photos/video during the ceremony?
Answer
We please ask that you tuck your phone away as we have photographers to capture the special moments.

Can I bring a plus 1 that wasn’t stated on my invite?

Possibly! Please text one of us first to ensure that we have enough seats available first! Thank you for understanding!

Is there a wedding block at a hotel?
Answer
Yes! Please contact Rachel or Sam for the wedding block information. We have a limited amount of rooms, so first come, first served!

What if I have a question on wedding day?
Answer
Please do not contact Rachel on her wedding day. Please contact Sam or Matron of Honor, Taylor Kiser, at 423-973-1300.

What time should I arrive to the wedding?
Answer
Please arrive to the wedding 15-20 minutes before 4pm. The ceremony starts at 4pm and the doors will be closed then.
