When should I rsvp by?

Please RSVP by April 24th, 2027, so we can finalize seating and headcounts.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 3:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors. Please dress accordingly for the weather.

Will the ceremony and reception be in the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both will be held at The Pine Knot, with cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Because our wedding is a bit of a drive for many guests, we will not be providing alcohol. We will have plenty of non-alcoholic beverages available. The venue allows alcohol, so feel free to bring your own drinks if you’d like to celebrate with us.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. Think cocktail or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits or dress shirts with slacks. Please avoid white, ivory, or cream.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Yes, if your invitation includes a plus-one, please bring them. If your invitation is addressed to only your name, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we can accommodate our guest count and seating.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to host an adult only wedding. We kindly ask that only those children whose names appear on the invitations attend.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture these moments and will share photos afterward so everyone can fully be present. Please feel free to take pictures and share memories during the cocktail hour and reception.

Where are you registered?

Answer

You can find our registries linked on the "Gifts" page. Since we’ve been living together for the past three years and have everything we need at home, we chose to create a honeymoon and house/future fund to help us start this next chapter together.

Where should guests stay?

Answer

As our wedding will take place in a more remote area, we’ve put together a "Travel" page to assist with locating Airbnb's near Leitchfield and Rough River and nearby hotel accommodations.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of on-site parking by the barn.
