FAQs

The Wedding Website of Ashlea Bailey and Richard Stedford
Question

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only affair as accommodations are limited. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Question

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. If your Save the Date or invitation says “and Guest,” you may RSVP for yourself and one other person. If not, you will only be able to RSVP for yourself. If you are unable to make it to the ceremony and reception, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Question

How do I RSVP And When Is The RSVP Deadline?

Answer

Please visit our RSVP page. Formal invitations will be mailed soon, but you can RSVP now. The RSVP window will conclude on July 1, 2022 and it is strictly enforced. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, we will need to remove you from our guest list.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our photographers are eager to capture you in your best look, so we are asking for cocktail or semi-formal attire please. Grounds for Sculpture is an enchanting and unique place. So have fun with being trendy or adding pops of color to your look! Ladies, we want you to enjoy the garden views and art while walking from the ceremony to reception (3 minutes to be exact), so feel free to carry a pair of your comfy shoes with you!

Question

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Grounds for Sculpture but in two different spaces. When you arrive, you should park at Rat’s Restaurant’s main entrance. The address is: 16 Fairgrounds Rd Hamilton Township, NJ 08619 The ceremony will take place at the Nine Muses exhibit. The reception will immediately follow and will be held in the pavilion at Rat’s Restaurant.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be completely indoors, though some guests will be dining on a semi-closed patio. Note: The patio will be completely closed in if the weather calls for rain.

Question

Will there be special arrangements for those with limited mobility?

Answer

Event Assistants with golf carts will be available to assist elderly or mobility impaired guests. Remaining guests are expected to walk to the ceremony and reception sites.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you are seated in the ceremony space at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to make sure we start as scheduled. Once we have said “I do”, it will be time to party!

Question

What is the venue’s address?

Answer

Please plan to arrive and park at Rat’s Restaurant. The address is: 16 Fairgrounds Rd Hamilton Township, NJ 08619 From here, you will take a brief walk (3 minutes to be exact) from the restaurant to the ceremony space. Grounds for Sculpture Event Assistants will be available with golf carts to assist elderly or mobility impaired guests. Remaining guests are expected to walk to the ceremony and reception sites.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free. When you arrive, you should park at Rat’s Restaurant main entrance parking lot. Grounds for Sculpture staff will be available to greet and guide you to and from the ceremony and reception sites.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Should you wish to honor us with a gift, a financial donation to help us establish ourselves as a new couple and family would be welcomed and greatly appreciated. Simply visit our Wedding Gifts page or place your gift in the card box on the day of the wedding.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

During the ceremony, we are asking for all sounds to be turned off as well as phones and cameras to be put down. We’ve hired an exceptional photography team to capture our ceremony so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy it with us. Images will be available after the wedding. After the ceremony and during the reception, feel free to take as many photos as you wish. We ask that when you are near our photography team, you give them exclusive access and space to take pictures of any moments, poses, lighting situations, etc. first. Failure to do so not only slows down their work, but also violates our contract with the photographers to take pictures of our event.

Question

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! Our guests as well as those who can’t attend, will want to see them too! We encourage you to take selfies and candid photos after the ceremony, during the reception, and while you are exploring the grounds. Help us capture and share special moments from the day. Post pictures with: #FromABaileyToAStedford on your social account so we can easily find them. To keep the photos coming, we’ll be sending a few gifts to the people who took our favorite photos. So get the snappin and may the best picture win!
