You can book your room one of two ways! 1. Call the front desk at the number above, give them our group number 270139 and say you want to book a room with the Socha Jones Wedding Room Block. OR 2. Click the "view" button below to book online and go from there, easy as that! The hotel is 15 minutes away from our venue and shuttle service will be provided for your convenience.

Shuttle from Hotel to Venue

April 23, 2022 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

The first shuttle will leave the hotel for the venue at 2:30pm and the last shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:00pm. This allows for all guests to be at the venue and seated for the ceremony no later than 3:20pm. Please note it is a 25 passenger shuttle and runs on a first come first serve occupancy basis. There is plenty of parking at the venue if you choose to drive. Cars may also be left overnight at on the gated property if you choose to drive to the venue and shuttle back to the hotel or Uber home!

Shuttle from Venue to Hotel

April 23, 2022 9:45 pm - 10:15 pm

The first shuttle back to the hotel will be at 9:45pm and the last shuttle will leave to head back to the hotel at 10:15pm. If you chose to drive to the venue and shuttle back to the hotel you may pick your car up the next morning. The gate will only open from the inside so you may need to walk around. Once your car approaches the gate from inside the property the gate will open automatically. *Reminder the shuttle is for hotel guests only*
