Only the best dad a girl could ever ask for. Scott is a loving, kind, and gentle father but he is also one of the smartest people on the planet. Scott showed Meaghan what it was like to have a passion and a career align. He works as a dedicated engineer and truly enjoys his craft. In his free time he likes to fly his plane, play guitar, sing, and spend time outdoors with his family.
Terri Gilbert
Mother of the Bride
The most loving and amazing mother. Terri has always dreamed of being a mom and man is she good at it… Terri was the definition of super mom, working full time, raising a daughter, never missing an event or practice, packing Meaghan’s lunches, and more. Meaghan was a typical teenager and would push her mothers buttons but Terri continued to love her deeper and deeper every day. Meaghan eventually grew up and realized how amazing she had it and the two are now best friends!
Lily Dodd
Matron of Honor
Lily and Meaghan first met when they both were accepted into Sensations a Cappella freshman year of college. Lily did not think she was going to like Meaghan at all but her boyfriend at the time (now husband) said "absolutely no way, you two are going to be best friends" and he was absolutely right. Meaghan and Lily became the best of friends very quickly and remain extremely close. Lily is an outstanding friend and doesn't miss a beat. She knows the date of every life event and is there in person come hell or high water. Lily is one of the "fab five" which is the group of 5 girls who got into Sensations together and all have matching tattoos.
Macey Tomczak
Maid of Honor
Macey and Meaghan met in middle school through a mutual friend and became inseparable. Macey and Meaghan are known for making each other laugh hysterically as well as getting themselves into troublesome situations. Growing up they went on multiple vacations together and also got in trouble with their parents quite often. They went to different colleges but always made an effort to visit each other. Macey then moved out to Colorado but they still made efforts to see each other and remain life long friends.
Caroline Koon
Bridesmaid
Caroline and Meaghan met on a spreadsheet before the start of medical school. Meaghan put her name down on a spreadsheet in search of a roommate and Caroline copied her hobbies. Meaghan was browsing the spreadsheet and saw someone who had similar hobbies and reached out! Meaghan and Caroline agreed to room together during medical school and quickly became best friends. They turned their 600 sq ft apartment into a zoo over the years being outnumbered by the pets that they had. They also became inseparable and sat next to each other in class, rode to and from class together, and studied together. They became so close people started to question if they were dating. To this day, people are still wondering.
Delaney Pierpont

Delaney is one of the fab five and therefore also has a matching tattoo with Meaghan. Delaney and Meaghan met through Sensations a cappella in freshman year of college. Delaney and Meaghan have not once taken a good photo together and never will. All of their photos together involve Meaghan picking Delaney up or strangling her in some form or fashion. Delaney relies on Meaghan for her blunt honesty and occasional medical advice and Meaghan relies on Delaney for her running training advice and hard core loyalty.
Brooke Winston
Bridesmaid
Brooke is another member of the fab five and therefore has a matching tattoo with Meaghan. Meaghan and Brooke met in freshman year of college even though they went to neighboring high schools and lived less than 10 minutes away from each other for 10+ years. Meaghan actually dated Brooke's cousin in high school and went to Brookes family events but the two never met until Sensations a Cappella. Brooke is a well known life of the party and always radiating positivity and a wonderful forever friend. Yeehaw.
Makayla Honaker
Bridesmaid
Makayla is another member of the fab five and has a matching tattoo with the rest of the group and like the others, Meaghan and Makayla met in freshman year of college. The whole group became the best of friends and Mak served the group as our party planner, giggling, always smiling, friendship maker. Makayla can make friends with a rock and is also incredibly talented in both Psychology and singing.
Emily Gerhart
Bridesmaid
Emily and Meaghan have been friends since first grade when they landed in the same class and Emily was the sister that Meaghan never had. Emily came with Meaghan on just about every family vacation and they spend pretty much every afternoon after school hanging out together. The two went to college together and lived together from Sophomore to Senior year and graduated together. They enjoy watching weird TV shows, playing dance dance revolution or just dance, and traveling to new places together. They now get to see each other when Meaghan visits Richmond and are lifelong friends.
Sarah Stoyanoff
Bridesmaid
Meaghan and Sarah met in medical school but way later in medical school than one might expect. Meaghan always thought Sarah was cool and wanted to hang out with her and Sarah always thought Meaghan was cool and wanted to be friends but they never approached one another until the end of first year. They instantly connected and are both people pleasers so they're always pleased with one another. They now bond over stupid jokes that make no sense and running which is a hobby they both developed during med school.
Jeff Hager
Father of the Groom
Jeff is a very loving and caring father to Bailey. He taught by example with his undeniable kindness, generosity. When Bailey was young, Jeff loved to teach him and introduce him to new things. Jeff showed Bailey how to be a handyman and an outdoorsman through wood working and tying flies. When Bailey was younger the two would run together once Bailey joined the track team, Jeff has always been supportive as Bailey has tried new things. Plus, you can never be around Jeff without a laugh because he’s always got a joke to crack waiting on the tip of his tongue.
Terri Hager
Mother of the Groom
Terri is a loving, caring, kind, and thoughtful mother. She always knew Bailey could do anything he put his mind to and continuously pushed and encouraged him to be the best version of himself. Terri is one of the most thoughtful people in the way she remembers the things and foods and brands you like. She never returns home from a shopping day without some brand new thrifted item with the tags still on it that you mentioned you liked 6 months ago. Terri is a wonderful mother in the way she always advocates for and loves her sons.
Sherif Mahmoud
Groomsman
Bailey and Sherif attended high school together but became friends when they both worked as lifeguards at Claytor Lake State Park. They started hanging out after work and found a mutual enjoyment of the outdoors and would spend afternoons wakeboarding on the lake or shooting for sport. Bailey and Sherif have only grown closer over the years and have introduced more hobbies to each other like snowboarding, long boarding, and bouldering.
Brandon Dowdy
Groomsman
Bailey and Brandon met in high school when they were in the same personal fitness class together. Later, they also started lifeguarding together at Claytor Lake State Park. Bailey and Brandon spend their time together at concerts and music festivals, shooting for sport, and hiking. Occasionally you can find them in a garage working on various trucks and motorcycles.
Murjan Hammad
Groomsman
Bailey and Murjan met through Blacksburg Rescue where Meaghan introduced the two. They also bonded over their enjoyment of the outdoors as well as EMS. They both were the "founding fathers" of Montgomery County Fire and EMS starting as the first employees of the agency and helped grow it into what it is today. Murjan ran the first call, and Bailey got the first citizen complaint. Now they both get to fly for work and enjoy skiing and snowboarding together as well as building the best bonfires.
Logan Perkins
Groomsman
Bailey and Logan met when Bailey was first starting in EMS in Pulaski County in 2018. Logan served as a mentor for Bailey and then they quickly became friends. Since then, they have spent a large amount of time working together in many jobs throughout their careers. Now they have the opportunity to fly together. They now spend time outside of work together doing things like hiking, spending time outdoors, or eating at their favorite Mexican restaurant.
Mason Hager

Mason is Bailey's only brother that is 9 years younger than him. Bailey always asked for a little brother and one day his wish came true. They grew up helping their grandfather with projects or hunting or fishing together. Mason still enjoys participating in various hobbies that Bailey introduces him to like hiking and snowboarding.
