We are getting married!

Part of me really wanted to avoid being cheesy when it comes to telling our story, but it’s hard to when the love Jay and I share has felt like an absolute fairy tale. It is hard to believe that five years ago, I saw him for the first time. From the moment I met him, I wanted to know more about him! We continued to see each other and learn more about each other’s history, our struggles, our faith, & our life experiences. Within a few months of knowing each other and cherishing our time together, Jay decided that he wanted me to be his girlfriend. I can’t even believe that it has been five years. We have made so many memories and I am so excited for all that is to come! He truly never fails to make sure that I know I’m loved. His faith in God is what I admire most about him. As if loving him wasn’t the best experience in itself, we have had the opportunity to create a multitude of memories while exploring beautiful places. We have been blessed to be able to travel to new places, but getting to experience it with him is the best! I might be a little bit bias about our trip to Africa, where he got down on one knee to ask me to spend the rest of his life with him. That was a once in a lifetime trip that he made even more special by proposing. We have made some big life changes in the last few years with Jay attending chiropractic school in Missouri, adding our two kitties, Ty & Milo, adding Ollie to our family, and buying our first home, but what I look forward to most is seeing you at the end of the aisle & starting our life as a MARRIED couple! <3.
