Home Slice Pizza
Home Slice Pizza has been Bailey's favorite restaurant when she was a teenager, and it was pure luck when they opened their first non-Austin location in Houston! We come here so often, the GM has officially appointed us as regular Homies. Our favorite pizza to split is a large pizza with fresh mozzarella and pepperonis, plus mushrooms and green bell peppers on one half. You also can't go wrong with any of their subs!
19th Street in The Heights
19th Street is amazing for shopping locally-owned businesses! There is a shop for everyone. Bailey's pick is Emerson Rose + Emerson Rose Home and Gift, and Jordan's favorite is Manready Mercantile. Check out Good on Paper for a small bookshop, or grab a scoop of ice cream at either Jeni's or Sweet Bribery.
Daikin Park
Take a tour of Daikin Park where you can often find Bailey on the dugout, and where you can find Jordan cheering on Bailey and the Astros!
POST Houston
Houston's "hub for culture, food, and recreation." Grab a bite to eat, catch a concert next door at 713 Music Hall, or head to the top of the Skylawn for an unbeatable view of downtown!
