This was a very difficult decision for Aaron and I to make. However, due to a multitude of reasons between venue regulations and size, we are not going to be able to have children at the event. We completely understand how hard it is to find child care and, while we hope that everyone will make it, we understand how life works. Thank you in advance for the understanding.
We decided to pass this tidbit along as more of a warning than a rule. The venue is spacious with varying areas of interest. Ladies, be super careful if you decide to wear heels. We care more about comfort here, so wear or bring shoes that lend themselves to outdoor enjoyment. Even the bride will be changing during the reception so she can party with everyone!
Yes, we will be having a variety of beer and wine during the cocktail hour and reception! We would like to point out that, if you intend to drink, the venue is a church and needs to have their property ready for church the next day. We DO NOT support drinking and driving, so we fully suggest and do support the use of Uber or Lyft. Please plan in advance so no cars get left on the property.
Absolutely! The restrooms, ceremony, and reception area are fully handicap-accessible. Also, there will be ushers to help guests and drop-off locations close to the ceremony site. There are very few handicap-inaccessible locations on site, none of which will be a part of the ceremony and reception. For any further questions, feel free to contact either of us!
