You can RSVP by clicking the “RSVP” tab right here on our website at any time. It’s quick and easy! For those who prefer something a little more traditional, we’ve also included a paper RSVP card in your invitation that can be mailed back to us. Whichever way you choose, we can’t wait to hear from you and celebrate together!
If you don’t RSVP by January 15, 2026, you will unfortunately be marked as not attending. We truly would love to celebrate with you, but we are required to provide an exact guest count to our venue and caterers, so we cannot accept late RSVPs. If someone arrives without having RSVP’d on time, they will not be able to attend our special day, as we will not be able to provide food, drinks, or seating accommodations. We deeply appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with all who have RSVP’d by the deadline!
You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please RSVP as not attending so we can plan accordingly, or simply send us a quick text and we’ll take care of it for you. If you RSVP’d “yes” but now cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Your thoughtfulness helps us make our day special for everyone, and we’ll be keeping you in our hearts as we celebrate!
The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception moves indoors. As for the weather... well, it's Texas. So your guess is as good as ours. Could be sunshine, wind, or a dramatic cold front just for fun. Best bet? Dress fancy, but bring layers a fur coat or tailored jacket might just save the day (and your goosebumps).
Our celebration will embody Western Elegance AKA black tie optional with a western touch. Think felt hats, flowing gowns, boots or heels, and elevated jewelry in winter-inspired colors. Please avoid wearing white, as that is reserved for the bride. For more details, including color palette and style inspiration, please see our full Dress Code section.
Yes! Everyone is welcome to bring a plus one. Please make sure to add your guest when you RSVP, as we need an accurate headcount for seating and other accommodations. If a guest is not added during RSVP, we unfortunately will not be able to provide them with a seat or any other arrangements. We can’t wait to celebrate together with all of you!
We love your kids! For our wedding, we are inviting parents to enjoy a special date night out, trusting God to bless this time of celebration and fellowship. The only children we are planning for are our direct family members and we have already notified you if this is you. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate God’s love and joy with all of you!
We suggest arriving by 4:30 PM to allow plenty of time to park and find your seat. We kindly ask that all guests be seated no later than 4:45 PM, 15 minutes before the ceremony begins at 5:00 PM. If you arrive after this time, we will ask you to wait and join us for the cocktail hour instead. We are so grateful to God for the gift of your presence and can’t wait to celebrate His blessings together on this special day!
We kindly ask that all guests arrive and are seated by 4:45 p.m. Out of respect for the sacredness of this moment and the vows we are making before God, we ask that no one enter the ceremony once it has begun. If you arrive after this time, we invite you to join us afterward for the cocktail hour and celebration. Thank you for understanding and honoring this special moment with us.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during this sacred time. We want you to be fully present with us as we make our vows before God and one another. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture these moments, and we look forward to sharing those memories with you afterward. Thank you for respecting this request and joining us wholeheartedly in worship and celebration.
Yes! We will have an open bar for 3 hours and then a cash bar after (house rules), and we can’t wait to celebrate, laugh, and raise a glass together in joy and gratitude for all God has done. We do ask that you respect our bartenders and drink responsibly, keeping in mind that most of the hotels and Airbnbs are a bit of a drive away. Thank you for celebrating safely with us!
There are many Airbnbs and hotels nearby, so you’ll have plenty of options! If you find a place you’re interested in or need recommendations, please reach out to us, we’d love to help you find the perfect spot for your stay.
