We wanted to take a moment to clarify that our wedding will be an adults-only event. We absolutely love children, and we’d be delighted for you to bring your little ones along to the Bahamas for a family vacation. However, for the wedding events themselves, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for childcare as we are planning an intimate celebration. Thank you for your understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you! With love, Nicole & Ian For one-on-one care of your little ones, the resort can arrange babysitting services inside your accommodations. Babysitting is available for children ages 1 month to 13 years. Please reserve in advance to ensure availability. *USD45.00/hour per babysitter for the first child plus an additional USD10.00/hour for each additional child. *There is a maximum limit of 3 children per babysitter for older children (ages 4-13 years). For babies and toddlers (ages 1 month- 3 years), the maximum limit is 1 to 2 per babysitter. *The minimum hours for bookings are 3 hours.

We’re thrilled to share that all of our wedding-related events will take place at the stunning Rosewood on the Baha Mar property in the Bahamas. This luxurious resort offers not only breathtaking accommodations but also endless entertainment and dining options, ensuring a fantastic experience for everyone. Room Block Information: We’ve secured a special room block for our guests at a fantastic rate of $500 per night for a Garden View Standard Room (or $800 per night for Ocean View Standard Room) at The Rosewood. To book your stay, please use the link below to make your reservation. (click on the "view" tab below) If you wish to upgrade your room, please first reserve your standard room through the link provided, and then contact the Rosewood reservation line at +1 (888) 767- 3966 to arrange for any upgrades. Booking Recommendations: Since November is a popular time to visit the Bahamas, we highly recommend securing your room as soon as possible to ensure availability and get the room you want. We also strongly encourage you to book your stay at The Rosewood specifically, as this is where we’ll be spending most of our time during the wedding weekend. Please note that if you stay at another hotel within the Baha Mar complex, you will not have access to the pools and facilities at The Rosewood. Booking Details: When booking your room, please be aware that the first two nights of your stay will be charged at the time of booking. Our special room block is available from November 10–19, in case you want to extend your stay and enjoy more of the beautiful Bahamas! If you find that you are having trouble booking the dates outside of 11/13-11/16 through the link, go ahead and book those highlighted dates and then call the room block reservation line to adjust to your preferred dates.
