Join us for a relaxed evening of fun at our Welcome Cocktail Mixer! We’re excited to kick off the wedding festivities with music, curated cocktails, and delicious tapas. It’s the perfect chance to meet and mingle with friends and family before the big day.
Attire: Beach cocktail attire—think elegant yet comfortable! Feel free to wear something stylish and breezy for the evening. Comfort is key, but keep it elegant—think polished, beach-friendly outfits for a fun evening by the ocean! The event will be hosted at Tingum on the Sand, located at the stunning Rosewood property—right by the beach, so expect a laid-back vibe with beautiful ocean views. We’ve chosen this spot to create a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can connect and enjoy a little pre-wedding celebration. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all and make lasting memories before the big day!
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Our wedding ceremony will be held on Cable Beach, followed by a cocktail hour and reception in the Rosewood Garden. There will be a shoe valet available for the ceremony to keep your feet comfortable in the sand. After the ceremony, enjoy cocktails, dinner & dancing in the garden as we celebrate together under the stars! Please plan to arrive at the ceremony site by 3:45pm for a prompt 4pm start.
For our wedding, we’re blending elegance with a relaxed resort vibe. Here's what "resort formal cocktail" means: For Women: Dresses: A chic cocktail or evening dress in lightweight fabrics like silk, chiffon, or satin. Knee-length or midi works well, also 2 piece ensembles and maxi dresses add a glamorous touch. Jumpsuits/Rompers: A tailored jumpsuit is a stylish alternative to a dress. Footwear: Wedges, block heels, or stylish sandals. Flat dress sandals are also a great choice for comfort. For Men: Suits/Jackets: A lightweight suit or blazer with dress pants, ideally in linen or cotton. Feel free to skip the tie for a more relaxed look, while remaining polished. Shirts: A crisp button-up shirt works well; short sleeves are fine in warm weather. Footwear: Loafers, dress shoes, or stylish sandals. Avoid flip-flops or overly casual shoes. Resort formal cocktail is all about looking polished yet comfortable—perfect for a beachside celebration. We can’t wait to see your outfits!
