Question

What time should I arrive? When does the reception end?What time should I arrive? When does the reception end?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. Our shuttles will be taking guests to and from the hotel at 3:15pm/11:15pm. All guests must be off premises by midnight!

Yes, there is a full parking lot (free) available at Loveland Ski Valley. Please keep in mind we will have two shuttles for transport to and from the venue, so everybody can have a safe, fun time! If you would like to leave before then, we suggest UBER if drinking and leaving your car there overnight.

We hope you understand that our wedding will be an adults-only occasion. We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to keep our special day limited to adult guests only.

Semi-formal attire- Please keep in mind Colorado mountain weather can change at any time-We suggest bringing a jacket just in case! (High 60's/low 30's)

Our ceremony/cocktail hour will take place outside, at the base of Loveland Valley. The reception will be indoors at the same location.

If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation, you may bring someone.

Answer

Yes! Loveland ski resort is at an elevation of 10,800ft--One drink will affect you as if you have had two! Please keep that in mind when having fun, and stay hydrated!
