How do I RSVP?
Answer
RSVPs should be submitted through the RSVP tab of this website. All guests and children invited are added in the RSVP function. Please let Beth know if there is a problem with your RSVP.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation and listed on the RSVP tab.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! Food allergies should be noted when RSVPing for the wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We’ve secured a block of rooms at the hotels listed on the "Travel" tab. To take advantage of the group discount, try and book your room(s) before January 15.

What time should we be there?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m. The venue is open at 5 p.m. for guests. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony. We will have shuttles available from the hotel at 4:45. See the "Travel" tab for more information.

What time does the reception end?

The reception will be over at 11:00 p.m. We will have shuttles available to go back to the hotel.

Yes, we will have shuttles to and from the ceremony and hotels.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
Yes, of course! However, we do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, especially if sitting along the aisle, in order to avoid phones in the professional photography.

What is "dressy casual?"
Answer
Dressy casual is somewhere between formal and casual. It is whatever you are comfortable wearing, it could mean a summer dress for the ladies and dress pants with button-down shirt or sport coat for the guys.

The average temperature in Orlando in February it is in the 70s during the day and in 50s or 60s at night.
