The event will take place in the indoor ballroom with AC. Feminine Vibe: Choose a cocktail dress in a rich and vibrant color. Masculine Vibe: Keep it dapper and colorful by wearing a well-fitted suit in a vibrant shade. Carnival Experience

Tickets are around $50-70 for the weekend of organized events for carnival for a specific box seating. The earlier you get there the better the views.
