Yes! We'll be hosting a Welcome Party (Friday) and After Party (Saturday). For full details, please visit our Events page.
Cocktail attire, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. If the weather is "Chicago warm" aka not raining and above 50 F, our ceremony (~15 minutes) will be outside. Please layer accordingly (we're looking at you, Kentucky folks).
No, but there will be plenty of Ubers or Lyfts in the area. We will have a bus from Bridge 410 to the after party at Jack and Ginger's, which is then walkable (~10 min) to the Robey.
Yes! There is a small lot at the venue and free street parking around the area. That being said, we want you to indulge in the open bar so Ubers and Lyfts are highly encouraged.
No. We love your kids — we really do — but we want our wedding to be your night off!
Yes! Please contact Babs or Brad to make accommodations.
We'd love for you to stay at The Robey (check out the Travel page) — that's where we'll be! Alternatively, the Hyatt Place Wicker Park and The Wicker Park Inn are just down the road. There are a few Airbnbs in the area, but be aware many have two-night minimums.
We are optimistic about our November date, but if the last year has taught us anything it's that life is unpredictable. While we'd love to spend the day with everyone, the health and safety of our guests is of the utmost importance. We will update our website and guests as we get closer and have a better idea of how to remain in accordance with local regulations. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
