As all of you already know, Ashley is Megan's sister. But lets take a step back. Growing up, they couldn't have been more different. Ashley loved the color pink and playing with dolls. Megan loved camo and hunting. But their different interests didn't stop them from having the time of their lives. From riding dirtbikes and rolling around in mud, to playing "house" and having cooking competitions, they always found ways to entertain themselves. When Megan moved out and headed off to college, they thought they were heading their separate ways. But fast forward to now and they are both in college at DSU and living together once again. And if you ask Megan, she wouldn't have it any other way. Who wouldn't want to live with their best friend and their fiance in a 500 square foot apartment?
Tyler Babcock
Best Man
Tyler is Alex's younger brother. Growing up, they spent countless hours chasing geese and duck hunting. When they weren't hunting or scouting, you could find them somewhere else near water. They like to spend their summers fishing in the Whitlock area, and their winters ice fishing the next "honey hole." The common interest just extend from there. It's not just their good looks these two have in common! These two made and shared many memories on the gridiron and (unfortunately) Tyler and Alex are both die-hard Green Bay Packer fans. Tyler is also going to be joining his brother and soon to be Sister- in- Law in Madison this next school year as well. Guess it makes it pretty simple for the family to come visit!
Megan Larsen

Megan has been Megan's best friend since kindergarten. But of course, who wouldn't want to be best friends with someone who has the same name as you? It makes stories twice as confusing, but also twice as interesting! In high school, they were attached at the hip. It wasn't very often you saw one without the other! Alex just had to get used to being the 3rd wheel when it came to Megan and Megan's friendship. Thankfully, he understood, and he still does! Megan and Megan have been through a ton of milestones during the 17 years they've known each other, and June 2nd will be another one!
Jacob Habeger
Groomsman
Alex and Burger's first interaction was Burger slamming Alex's college dorm room door and then giggling down the steps acting like nothing happened. After Alex joined the football team at Dakota State it was hard to not find Burger and Alex together. Not only did they play football, they also shared the same major. If that wasn't enough, they lived together for two years. Now Burger and Alex have to open their windows to see each other. Also, Burger and Alex have spent the last two summers working at Rosebud making cabinets. You could say they enjoy each others company.
Bailey Zerfoss

Bailey and Megan have been friends since high school; playing on the same volleyball and basketball team brought them together. They soon realized they had the same sense of humor and love for cats. After that, the rest is history! No matter what was going on, they knew if they were together, it was going to be a good time. They also knew there would be a ton of laughs shared! Whether it was a basketball game where Megan ran down the court with her hands in the air after Bailey made a 3-pointer, or just a day spent relaxing in Megan's pool, they could make any ordinary event a great one. They have countless memories and still so many more to make.
Ridge Lindberg
Groomsman
Ridge and Alex became friends when Megan moved into the same apartment building right next door. After that Ridge and Alex were inseparable. They shared the same passion for hunting and fishing and even though Ridge won't admit it, Alex is better at both. Ridge has become a very close friend of Megan and Alex. Often Alex would come home from practice and Ridge would already be waiting inside the apartment for Alex to get home. Ridge and Alex have been on many adventures, one that included a fishing trip on spring break that had nothing spring-like in it. If you want a laugh, ask Ridge about it!
Chelsey Langbehn

Chelsey and Megan grew close in elementary school and then even closer as the years went on. During high school, they worked out in the mornings, and it was on those (long) 2 mile runs they knew they'd be in each others lives forever. They also might've thought that because they figured their asthma was going to take one of them before they got back to the gym! As the years have gone on, they still share the love of running (lol, just kidding), and the love of late night adventures. If one things for sure, Chelsey and Megan would never let the other do anything too crazy (alone that is)!
Jabe Miedema
Groomsman
Jabe and Alex attended school together at Wolsey. They really started to become closer friends through football and into high school. They played football all the way through high school and even played a few seasons of basketball together. Jabe still holds the record for most points scored in a season without taking a dribble. Jabe and Alex also enjoyed hunting together. They spent most of their time duck, pheasant, and deer hunting. They had secret spots that included the "golden mile" where they would often always come away with a limit of pheasants. Jabe has always been close to Megan and Alex - close enough that Jabe even gave Megan the All-State chorus shirt that he was so proud of!
Braden Curnow
Usher
Braden is Megan and Alex's fourth roommate (sorry mom and dad). However, lucky for Braden, he doesn't have to pay rent since he's Ashley's boyfriend. Instead, he pays his dues by doing the dishes and helping with the cleaning. Braden also enjoys encouraging Alex to do things that annoy Megan and speaking in many different accents. If you're ever curious about what this means, ask him about Peter Kim.
Lane Olson
Usher
Lane is Megan's cousin. Growing up, Megan had the opportunity to babysit Lane and his younger brothers. Watching them grow up was one of Megan's highlights as a teenager. Now, as an adult, Megan and Alex have had the chance to take Lane on fishing and camping trips and have shared many great memories. If you ever want to hear an interesting story, ask Lane about the time he went out to Bob's Resort with Megan, Alex, and Ridge! You'll be in for a laugh.
Brandon Schmit

Brandon (or better known as "Schmit") is a teammate of Alex's. He's also lucky enough to share the same major as Megan. Schmit is a friend of the couple and always keeps things exciting. Whether it be spending nights doing homework or out on the town in Madison, there is never a dull moment with Schmit around!
Cullen Davis
Usher
Cullen was one of Alex's coaches in football, but soon turned into one of Megan and Alex's good friends. He dutifully maintains solid snapchat streaks, so that could be a reason these three grew close. Cullen also enjoys joining Megan's dad, Brian, for a few brewskis every time Brian and Kristie are camping in Madison. It's amazing how common interests can bring people together!
Lexi McGillvrey
Personal Attendant
Lexi is a long time friend of Megan's. In high school, you could find these two cruising around Huron to buy Lava Cakes at Domino's Pizza, or at the Nordby Center shooting hoops. Lexi and Megan have always been able to turn any situation into something fun. They also have the friendship that allows them to pick right back up where they left it, even after years apart. Megan knew that when it came to choosing a personal attendant, she wanted someone fun and reliable, and if you know Lexi, she's all that and more! It was really a no-brainer!
MiKayla Ketelhut

MiKayla was one of Megan's best friends throughout high school. It wasn't very often you saw these two apart. Every week, they would "flip the loop" in Huron and talk for hours. They would also pretend they could rap and thought for sure they were going to make it big time! During high school, MiKayla's house was Megan's home away from home. Even after MiKayla went off to college, Megan knew there was always a spot for her at the Heller's. Now, even though they don't get to see each other that often (thanks adulthood), they know they will always have a special place in each other's hearts. And if you ever want to see one of Mik and Megs's rap videos, don't be afraid to ask!
Summer Ludemann
Personal Attendant
Summer is Megan's cousin, but feels a lot more like a younger sister! When they were younger, Summer would spend a lot of time at Megan's house or vise versa. Since Megan is about 6 and a half years older than Summer, she had the opportunity to babysit her and her younger sister. During this time, they made a ton of memories! And now that Megan is getting married, she figured what better way for Summer to repay the duty of babysitting, than being Megan's personal attendant!
Kayla Black

Kayla is one of Megan's best friends. Throughout high school, their friendship grew closer because of track and basketball. There's nothing quite like some friendly competition to bring people together! When Megan and Alex needed to decide on a cake, they knew instantly Kayla was the one for the job. She recently graduated with a Culinary Arts degree from Kirkwood Community College in Iowa and is extremely talented. There really was no need for another option!
