St Lucia Sulphur Springs
We went here over the summer. It was a blast! $9 for the mud baths or $15 for the mud baths and to go further up the volcano (we only did the mud bath).
Tet Paul Nature Trail
Gorgeous views! Be sure to eat and hydrate beforehand and it can be steep in some areas. Roughly $10 per person entry fee
Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens & Mineral Baths
This was fun to walk through and see the local plants as well as the waterfall. "Diamond Botanical Gardens, Waterfall and Mineral Baths, is a six-acre award winning private park offering a peaceful natural retreat from the outside world. Experience the beauty and lushness of the tropics with the park’s diverse range of tropical plant, flowers, birds and insects."
Gros Piton Hike
This is a more challenging and longer hike than Tet Paul, but it seems to also have gorgeous views!
Friday Night Street Party
We didn't get the chance to go to this, but "every Friday night starting at sunset, the residents of Gros Islet fire up their barbecues and get ready to welcome thousands of enthusiastic revelers to the colorful fishing town’s narrow streets. Arts and crafts vendors lay out their stalls, and the town center becomes DJ central, as a giant sound system cranks up and keeps the street party moving until the early hours of Saturday morning."
Project Chocolat (Chocolate Tour)
We didn't get the chance to do this over summer, but this also sounded like a fun activity! "Tour the cacao groves in the rainforest before learning how to make your own chocolate bar from scratch during a guided session"
