What accommodations are available for out-of-town guests?

Answer

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. Our venue offers an on site hotel. We can also recommend several nearby hotels if you wish not to stay on site. You can find more information on booking a room under the "Travel" tab.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before ceremony to grab the perfect seat!

Can I park at the venue?

Yes, parking will be directly on site of the venue, there will be clear directions on where to park.

Can I take photos?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

While the ceremony will be outdoors, the reception will take place indoors with the option to be outdoors as well.

Will there be an open bar

Answer

Yes, we will be having an open bar. Please feel free to bring cash to tip our bartenders for all of their hard work.

Can I smoke?

Answer

The venue requests that you only smoke in approved smoking areas outside of the venue. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground, as the squirrels will get at them and the venue has gone through great lengths to get them to stop smoking.
