Everything after you land or arrive by train/flight is taken care of—this includes transportation to and from the airport/train station to our hotel venues, 2-night hotel stays, and meals. Just arrive and enjoy :)
India: Foreign nationals generally need a visa. Apply online through India's e-Visa portal 30 days in advance. Both venues and accommodations are secure, friendly, and welcoming. If traveling alone or feeling unsure, reach out to us—we'll connect you with other guests or arrange for additional support to ensure your comfort. We will create a WhatsApp group specifically for international travelers to help you connect and coordinate common travel plans.
Hotel accommodations are reserved for all guests at both venues (Nov 28-29, India and Dec 12-13, Vietnam). We'll provide you with the details before your arrival.
India: Typically warm, but late November evenings may be slightly chilly—pack layers. Vietnam: Hanoi can be chilly in December, similar to the U.S. fall weather.
English is widely spoken at both our hotel venues and during all events. We'll have local hosts available to help if needed.
India: Indian Rupee (INR). Most places accept cards, but carry some cash. Vietnam: Vietnamese Dong (VND). Most places accept international credit cards, but carry some cash.
Prepaid SIM cards are easily available at both airports. Alternatively, consider eSIM providers like Airalo, Holafly, or Ubigi for seamless connectivity. Wi-Fi will be available at most locations during your stay. WhatsApp works seamlessly in both countries.
