You can check-in at the resort starting Friday (28th February) around 1 pm. If you're flying from abroad, we recommend you arrive in India a day or two before the wedding to get acclimated to the weather and recover from jet lag.
Yes if you're coming from abroad. It's an easy process done online : https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html You'll likely want to apply for the "One Month e-Tourist Visa". Please make sure you apply well in time!
There are many beautiful boutique hotels in Goa where you can rest peacefully. We recommend checking out this website: https://www.i-escape.com/goa/boutique-hotels. Of course, there are also some great options on AirBnb and other hotel booking sites. We do recommend choosing a place in North Goa, though, so that you don't have to travel too far to get to the wedding!
There isn't a strict dress code, but we want you to look and feel fabulous! We would love if you wear indian clothes, at least on one of the two days, but you can dress however you want. If you're wearing Indian, for men we recommend a kurta-pajama and for women salwar kameez or lehengas, since sarees can be a little more complicated! You can get Indian clothes at FabIndia directly in Goa or online at fabindia.com. Note that the average tempeature in Goa is 27°C during this period, so wear something cool!
Yes, please let us know as soon as possible!
We would absolutely love for you to give a toast! And if you want to plan something that even we don't know about, that would be phenomenal! Please coordinate with Isadora, our mistress of ceremonies. She'll be getting in touch soon, but you can also email her at isadora@hellegren.se
Your presence is our gift! We are just so happy you'll be coming all the way to Goa to be at our wedding! However, if you'd like to give us a gift, you can contribute to our honeymoon fund (we'll have a jar at the wedding). And we know many of you are very creative and thoughtful, so anything you'd like to give us is welcome, as long as it can fit in a suitcase!
