When should I arrive?

Answer

We plan to start the ceremony PROMPTLY at 5:15. Please plan to arrive no later than 5:00 to make your way to your seat

Question

Someone in my group is not on the invitation…additional guests allowed?

Answer

If your significant other or children are not listed on your invite, they are not included in our total headcount for vendors. Please understand that we have a very limited space and we’ve done our best to include as many of our family and friends that we can

What type of food and drink will be served?

Answer

We’ll be serving light appetizers during cocktail hour followed by dinner & dessert. Our bar package offers Miller Lite, Bud Light, Riesling, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Seltzers. Premium drinks are available for CASH purchase. * please note the bar doesn’t accept anything other than CASH and there is NOT an ATM on site We will also have non-alcoholic options.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you respond no later than July 17, 2024. You can scan the QR code and respond online or you may mail the RSVP card

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired very talented photographers and a videographer so we ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We don’t want to have anyone or anything in the way of them getting their best photos. However, after the ceremony, feel free to take pictures and capture lots of fun moments. Share them with us on social media using #Aydtpartyoftwo or scan the QR code at the reception to upload to our photo app. The ceremony grounds have multiple beautiful photo opportunities! We will also have a photo booth at the reception so please take advantage of that! They’ll even print pictures for you to take home.

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love kids, we have decided to make this an adults only event. Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our day with us! Thank you for understanding
