We met in late July of 2016 at a mutual friends dinner party. I sat at one end of the table and Andrew sat at the other, we both figured out that we were the only ones that didn't know the other. Next thing I know Andrew ends up beside me and tries to flirt with his Irish heritage. By the end of the night we had completely ignored the rest of the party since we were in our own little world. Little did we know at the time, Andrew had messaged me on a dating app and had been corresponding for weeks. One week later we went out on our first day at an Italian restaurant in Montrose.

Andrew found out that i hadn't been to Disney World in over 22 years, so he insisted on us going. On the 2nd day of the trip he scored a coveted spot at Victoria and Albert's( a 4 diamond exclusive restaurant in Disney). So he tells me that we have to cut our day short in Magic Kingdom and we have to go get fancied up for dinner. As we finished up Andrew tells me that our Minnie van( Lyft) is about 20 mins away and how about we take walk. We stroll down The French Quarter down to the river. We head to the gazebo just as the sun began to set. I turn to the river to admire the beauty of the sunset and the absolutely gorgeous weather that day. Andrew being super quite, speaks suddenly and I turn to see him on one knee. I took the next 15 mins to realize that this wasn't a joke and when I did, I said "Of Course!" Then we spent the next 5 days celebrating in the most wonderful place on earth!
