What's happening with the wedding?

Answer

Due to Oregon's ongoing gathering restrictions and growing health concerns, Jake and Lexi have made the difficult decision to change their wedding plans to an intimate ceremony. Our hearts are heavy and we wish this situation was different; however, we also feel this was the safest and best decision for our loved ones. We love you and will miss you dearly. We look forward to celebrating our union with all our family and friends at a later date and will keep you updated on the future party. Please contact Lexi or Jake if you have any questions about hotel cancellation - you should not be charged if you cancel up to 24 hours before check-in. Thank you so much and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

What is the COVID-19 update in Oregon?

Answer

As of 7/7: Our venue is located in Washington County, which is currently in Phase 1 (businesses reopening with strict guidelines, gatherings up to 25 people). There were plans to move into Phase 2 in early July; however, due to the recent spikes in daily cases, our County is no longer eligible to apply for this Phase 2 in the near future. Because of this, we have decided to postpone our big wedding celebration.
