Which part of the island to stay

We highly recommend staying in Kaneohe Bay, which is the most populated area closest to Kualoa Ranch with hotels, Airbnbs, bed & breakfasts, and villas. It is just approximately a 15 minute drive to the venue (please allow time for parking and walking to the ceremony though). The town that Kualoa Ranch is located in, Kaaawa, has some great Airbnb offerings as well. If you're looking for a super budget-friendly area close to the venue, look at the town of Kailua. We do not recommend staying in Honolulu, as traffic to Kualoa Ranch can be unpredictable. It will take you 1+ hour to get to our venue from Honolulu.

How to get to Kualoa Ranch

We recommend renting a car during your stay (there is a lot of parking at the venue) from the airport OR you may take a Lyft or Uber. If you take Lyft or Uber, order your car far in advance, as their cars are not as widespread as in other major cities. Never taken an Uber before? Get your first ride free by entering u9bi7 when you download the app. *Please allow for plenty of time getting to the venue, as traffic and parking can be unpredictable*

This is our official recommendation for a hotel nearby (just a 15 minute drive to Kualoa Ranch!). We were also able to get a 15% discount off for our guests. It's a gorgeous resort right on the water. IMPORTANT: They are only able to offer the discount over the phone so please call 808-239-5711 to make your reservation after looking at their available rooms online. The discount only applies to 4 nights: July 27-July 31. Otherwise, the other nights around those dates will just be charged their regular fee.
