When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Preferably a month before the wedding date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to be held and start promptly at 5:30 with the reception following at 6:00.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Preferably business casual or formal, but of course something you feel beautiful in. Our theme colors are dark neutrals and earth tones, such as plum, hunter green, pine, and rust if you are interested in color matching as well!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If the couple has told you prior to the event that you are allowed a plus one, then yes. All other inquiries can be directed towards Sarah at 419-304-6857.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are not NOT welcomed, but we understand it may be hard to find care for them. However, there is not a specific kids menu set. If you are wondering if your child would like what is being served, please contact Sarah at 419-304-6857 for menu details.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! The Hancock Hotel and the Findlay Inn are our recommended hotels. Please refer to the "Travel" tab on the website. There, you will find discount codes if available.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes you can! Please message Sarah at 419-304-6857 at your earliest convenience for dietary requests that cannot be made through RSVPs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both hotels offer a parking package, but there is also a parking garage located right next to the venue with extremely low rates at about $1 per hour; anything over 5 hours is $5.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to the convenience of there being two hotels within walking distance, transportation will not be provided by the couple. However, if you feel you are unable to safely transport yourself, please let either the couple or those working at the venue know so transport can be arranged.
