We had been working together at Bar Louie for a few years, but it was not until Christmas Eve of 2019 that Tyler decided to take his shot by literally offering me a shot of tequila after a rude customer had made me cry. From there, it progressed slowly with us talking until we first hung out together at his apartment right before I left for a trip. Both of us were hesitant to start dating, but being away from each other for over a week showed us how much we wanted to be together. From there, everything was smooth-sailing. Then, once there were talks of quarantine coming, I decided to move in with him so we could quarantine together. During that time we decided to adopt our absolute angel of a dog, Quincy, and he has added so much to our lives! With each passing day together, we just knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. We even tattooed each other's initials on our hands in the very beginning. As for a proposal story, there was really nothing "extravagant" - if anything, the proposal describes our lives perfectly. While sitting on the couch together watching a movie and having a few cocktails, he decided to propose to me at the wee hours of the night. We both have so much love for each other and we cannot wait to share that love with you on our wedding day!
