When should I RSVP by?

Answer

June 30th will give us the time needed to ensure that everything is ready for everyone on this special day! You can RSVP here on our website. Please let us know asap if you can or cannot make it!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal outfits would be appropriate. The venue is outdoors, mostly grass and gravel walkways along with a concrete floor reception tent, so please wear comfortable shoes

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

The venue has plenty of free onsite parking for everyone!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please don't bring a plus one unless it's been approved by us. While we would love to welcome everyone, we have limited seating available

Where can I stay?

Answer

There are several hotels available nearby. The owners of Monarch Meadows have offered to allow onsite camping, if need be, for guests who need a place to stay or cannot drive safely after the reception. We have the property available until Noon on August 30th.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony promptly begins at 3pm, please arrive early enough to park and get comfortably seated before the ceremony starts. The first two rows of benches will be reserved for immediate family.
