This hotel is where we have a room block for all guests! Per The Courtyard “Guests will need to call Reservations & mention they are booking under the Stiber/Cox Wedding group in order to reserve their room in the hotel block.” We will also be hosting the welcome gathering here on Thursday night, 6/25/26! It's close to the wedding venue and walkable to the downtown square.

Hilton Garden Inn Gainesville

This Hilton Gardens is another great hotel option. It is not in downtown Gainesville, but it is 5 minutes from the wedding venue, Lake Lanier, and the downtown square.

Airbnb Rental Home Options

This shows a board of several airbnb rental options, from large lake houses to small townhomes near the square, and everything in between. All of these options are central to The Oakley on The Lake wedding venue, and the downtown Gainesville square!

Craig (+1 (770) 362-4746 ) is an airport transportation option for guests who charges $100 (+tip) from the airport to Gainesville. He drives a 2021 Nissan Rogue so most likely no more than 3-4 guests and suitcases.

Land Transportation- James Land

This is an airport transportation company option. James Land (+1 (404) 707-4636) is the owner of Land Transportation. They drive black SUVs that would comfortably fit 6 people and they pick up at the baggage claim curb versus navigating through the Atlanta airport to the ride-share pick up area. He charges about $225 from the ATL airport to Gainesville GA.

Flight

ATL Hartsfield Jackson International Airport

ATL is the world's busiest airport so plan accordingly- especially during rush hour! Without traffic it's about 1 hour from the ATL airport to the downtown Gainesville/ Lake Lanier area & during busy afternoons it could be closer to 1.5-2+ hours.
