When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit RSVPs as soon as you know your availability! We kindly ask for all RSVPs to be submitted by May 11th, 2026 so we can begin finalizing all the details of the weekend!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure that you don’t miss anything.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the evening is Black-Tie Optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or dark-colored suit and tie. For women, floor-length evening gowns are encouraged but a mid-length dress is also appropriate.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests receiving a formal invitation. If you have a plus one on your invitation, it will appear under your name when you RSVP. If you have any questions, please reach out. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love all of your little ones! However, due to many factors, including limited space, we have decided on an "adults-only" evening. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We hope you are able to enjoy a night out and celebrate with us!

Can I take photos/ videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your devices out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer team will be capturing the ceremony, and we do not want any devices in those shots!

Where can I park?

Answer

There is a large parking lot right outside of the venue space. Handicap spaces are also available.

What are your hotel/ accommodation recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel room block at The Courtyard Marriott in Gainesville, GA under "Cox Wedding!" The Hilton Garden Inn Gainesville is also a great and central option to the venue and the downtown square. If you'd prefer to rent a house on the water, there's several fun and convenient lakehouse rental options listed under the travel & accommodations tab- so be sure to check those out before they're booked!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please be sure to reach out with as much notice as possible and we can accommodate by having a separate dish prepared based on your requests.
