When is the RSVP deadline?

The final RSVP deadline is July 12, 2026. Head over to the RSVP tab of the website and type in your name to respond for yourself and any additional invited guests in your party.

When will I receive a formal invitation?

Answer

Formal invitations will be mailed in May 2026; 4 months prior to our big day.

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire will be cocktail. Think: party-ready, not prom-night. Our wedding colors are earthy and bold; oranges, pinks, rust tones. Festive dresses, jumpsuits, nice pants, button-downs, jackets optional, personality encouraged. Please no jeans, flip-flops, or anything you'd wear to clean the garage. Look good, feel good, dance all night with us!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will move to a covered outdoor pavilion (with heaters). September in the Columbia River Gorge might get a bit chilly once the sun goes down — so bring a jacket, wrap, or something cozy just in case!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

It is recommended that you arrive at least 20 minutes early to allow time for seating. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm, to be followed by the coolest reception you'll ever attend. Come ready to party!

Can I bring a plus-one or children?

Answer

Your formal invitation includes everyone in your party. When you enter your name on the RSVP page, all invited guests in your group will appear. Please submit your response for yourself and each listed guest, including children.

What if I want to book a room?
