Yes, they are more than welcome! We are going to have alcohol, that being said, please keep an eye on your kiddos. We are not gonna have a couple people watching all the kids. Our kids will be leaving a little after the reception starts. If you want to use this as an excuse for a kid free night, that’s fine too! Children will be sent home with copious amounts of sugar and markers if left unattended!
We ask that you RSVP by October 13th especially if you’re staying in the hotel as part of the room block.
Wedding ceremony will start at 4pm sharp. We ask that everyone is there by 3:45 to ensure you have a seat, and don’t interrupt the ceremony.
No dress code. We are totally okay with jeans and a nice shirt, cowboy hats are welcome, dress with heel or boots as well. We want you to be comfortable. We will be having an outdoor ceremony as well as an indoor/outdoor reception so bring a jacket if need be.
Yes absolutely yes! We are having brisket tacos, rice, beans, pico, and cowboy caviar. Cake and cupcakes to follow!
Yes there will be. We are gonna have bartenders and security. We will have stuff to mix liquor and sodas, beer, and specialty drinks. There will be no shots per the bartenders contract. They will also NOT serve anyone under 21 and they are allowed to ID you at their discretion. They will be allowed to cut you off if you’re to crazy or waisted. Security is an off duty police officer and will remove anyone if necessary. We want you to enjoy yourselves but also be smart.
Yes we have paid a lot of money for an amazing photographer and wouldn’t want you and your phone to stick out in the shots. We will allow all the pictures right before the ceremony begins. We will make sure to post all the pictures as soon as we get them back!
We will not be providing transportation, anyone that needs help I’m sure we can get someone to pick y’all up if you don’t get a rental car.
