Cliff House Maine

This hotel offers stunning views of the Maine Coast and is where welcome cocktails and the reception will be hosted. It also includes wonderful amenities: pool, spa, restaurants, outdoor fire pit… While you would not be walking distance to a sand beach at this hotel. Oqunquit Beach does offer parking. If you call to make a reservation, the contact number is 855-548-9403 and you should reference the “O'Shaughnessy-Higuita Wedding". We no longer have a block room rate available but as of mid-April rooms were still available. The Cliff House requires a 50% deposit. For cancellations within 21 days of your arrival date, the hotel deposit will be forfeited. 2 night minimum.

Anchorage By The Sea

Anchorage By The Sea is located directly on the Marginal Way (a stunning walking path that hugs the coast) and is right in the heart of downtown Ogunquit. This hotel offers easy access to both sand and rock beaches as well as tons of restaurant and shopping options. Some rooms offer ocean views. If you call to make a reservation, reference the “The O'Shaughnessy/Higuita Wedding Block". The wedding block rate at The Anchorage by the Sea is $409/night. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes and a $30 per night plus tax resort fee. Wedding Block reservations by attendees must be received on or before 5/20/2025 and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis (20 rooms have been blocked). For cancellations within 14 days of your arrival date (assuming that is by 6/21/25), the hotel deposit will be forfeited. 2 night minimum.

Meadowmere Resort

The Meadowmere Resort is about a quarter mile from downtown Ogunquit. This hotel offers fairly easy access to both sand and rock beaches as well as tons of restaurant and shopping options. You will not have the option for a water view at this resort but will be able to get in and out of town easily. If you call to make a reservation, reference the “The O'Shaughnessy/Higuita Wedding Block". The wedding block rate at the Meadowmere is $299/night. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes and a $25 per night plus tax resort fee. There is no night minimum (one night is allowed). Wedding Block reservations by attendees must be received on or before 5/20/2025 and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis (30 rooms have been blocked). For cancellations within 5 days of your arrival date, the 1st night stay will be charged.”

Beachmere Inn

The Beachmere Inn is located directly on the Marginal Way (a stunning walking path that hugs the coast) and is close to the heart of downtown Ogunquit. This hotel offers easy access to both sand and rock beaches as well as tons of restaurant and shopping options. This hotel is also located two doors from to the Moorings where the rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch is being held. Please note there is not a hotel block available at this hotel and they have a 3-night minimum.

The Colonial Inn

The Colonial Inn is located right next to the Marginal Way (a stunning walking path that hugs the coast) and is close to the heart of downtown Ogunquit. This hotel offers easy access to both sand and rock beaches as well as tons of restaurant and shopping options. There is an 'Hiquita & O’Shaughnessy Wedding' Room Block. The room block rates are $209 -$239/night. There is a 2 night minimum. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast each morning. Cancellations must be done 8 days prior to the check-in date of 06/20/2025 and guests will receive their deposit back minus $35.00. Flight

Boston Logan Airport

Boston Logan Airport is the closest major international airpot to the Ogunquit/ York area. It is only one hour and 15 minutes from the Ogunquit/ Cape Neddick area. Bus to wedding area option: https://www.ridecj.com/logan Recommended destination: Portsmouth, NH which is about a 15-20 minute drive from wedding location. You can rent a car or hop on a bus/ train easily from Logan as well.

Flight

Portland International Jetport

Portland International Jetport is a smaller airport but may be a good option for folks flying in locally. It is a 40-minute drive from here to the Ogunquit/ Cape Neddick area.

Shuttle

Shuttle to/from from hotels to ceremony and reception

June 21, 2025 2:15 pm - 12:00 am

Three trolleys will transporting guests between the hotels (The Cliff House, the Anchorage, the Meadowmere, and the Colonial Inn) and the locations of the ceremony and reception. You are also welcome to drive yourself and park at the church and the reception.

Shuttle

Shuttle to and from Hotels and the Farewell Brunch at the Moorings

June 22, 2025 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Three 15-guests sprinter vans will be shuttling guests from the hotels (the Cliff House, the Anchorage, the Meadowmere, and the Colonial Inn) to the Moorings from 10am - 2pm on Sunday. There is no parking at the Moorings. If you are staying at the Anchorage, Beachmere, or the Colonial Inn, you'll find it's a short and beautiful walk along the the Marginal Way to get to the Farewell Brunch.
