Many hotels are already booked out. However, we have secured special rates for our guests at the Holiday Inn Express on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie. This rate is honored until the hotel is booked out. We were not able to block rooms for our event, they gave us a special rate of $179.00 per night. This must be accessed through the front desk at the property. (not online or from corporate).
