What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3 pm! We ask that guests start to arrive at 2:30pm. There will be an open bar outside starting at 2:30pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding ceremony and reception is cocktail attire. For the After Party feel free wear your wedding clothes or change into some casual clothes before heading over (beach themed is always fun!)

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

There ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) Cocktail hour will be outside where the ceremony will be held. There will be an open bar and appetizers to munch on. The reception will be indoors, in the building right behind where the ceremony will be.

What does the wedding timeline look like?

Answer

Ceremony: 3:00 - 3:30pm Cocktail Hour: 3:30 - 4:30pm Introductions, Speeches: 4:45 - 5:30 pm Dinner: 5:30pm First Dance, Father/Daughter, Mother/Son Dances: 6:00pm Then the dance floor opens! Karaoke is also an option throughout the night so feel free to request your favorite song and show us what you got (or don't got)!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

For guests that are driving themselves, there is plenty of parking right at the venue!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. Thank you for understanding.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Pictures are memories that last forever. The bride and groom welcome photographs and videos! We just ask that you please refrain from using flash photography during the ceremony. Thank you!

What's the best way to RSVP and when is the deadline?

Answer

There will be a RSVP card sent with the invitations that you can send back. We ask that everyone RSVP by July 1st so we have time to finalize the rest of the day!

Under the 'Things To Do' tab there are several ideas for adventures in the area.

How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

Answer

Life happens and things come up - please keep checking our wedding website for updates/changes! For those staying at the Best Western and Captain Hirams, there will be Welcome Bags waiting for you behind the front desk with some goodies and further details. Just let them know you are with the Wilkinson Wedding and they will give you your bag at check-in!
