Welcome Drinks with the Bride & Groom

Kick off Wilkinson Wedding Weekend with us and have a cocktail with the bride and groom at the sandbar before the big day! This is also the after-party location. A live band will be playing until 11pm.

Ceremony

Our wedding dress code will be cocktail attire.
A bus will make 2 trips to pick up guests from Captain Hiram's and the Best Western to bring to the venue. The first bus will arrive at the hotels at 2 pm. It will circle back and pick up any remaining guests at 2:20pm. There is only one bus making these trips. The open bar for the ceremony starts at 2:30 pm.
Cocktail Hour
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
625 Barefoot Blvd, Building A, Barefoot Bay, FL 32976
Cocktail hour will take place in the same location as the ceremony. There will be an open bar outside and appetizers to munch on.
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The Triple D ( Dinner, Dessert, and Dancing! ) And a little karaoke if you wish :) Sendoff is at 9:20 in the front of the venue. The bus will be back to pick up the first group of guests at 9:30 pm, and it will stop at both Captain Hiram's and Best Western. It will circle back and pick up the second group of guests at 9:50 pm. Outside the venue, there will be a live band playing until 10 PM if you want to listen to some music while you are waiting for the bus.
After Party

Casual attire! Feel free to wear your favorite beach themed outfit!
Continue the party with us at Captain Hirams! It is an outside sand bar right on the water. Located less than a mile from the Best Western, and 6 miles from the venue! There will be a band until 11pm, and the sandbar is open until midnight! Food will be provided.

After check-out, we would like to welcome our family and friends to our home for a farewell brunch! We live 25-30 minutes north of the venue (on your way to the Orlando Airport for those flying out of there). There will be an assortment of breakfast foods/pastries.
