Her timeline:
Oct 2021: First date, Vic was 30 mins late.
Feb 2022: First trip together to Guatemala. I convinced Vic to do a 2-day hike on an actively erupting volcano. He thought I was crazy, I thought I was in love.
Aug-Nov 2022: Lived in beautiful Colombia.
Jun 2023: Moved to Austin for my medical residency.
July 2023-now: Us + 2 dogs. Luckily, we have found the time to travel to new places & continue growing together.
Jan 2025: Engaged! Early morning walk, coffee in hand, at a beautiful sculpture garden. Of course, Vic proposed at the "Temple of Love" sculpture.
His timeline:
2021: We meet for drinks. I wow her enough for a 2nd and 3rd date.
2022: We go up a volcano and we traveled to Colombia for 3 months with my dog.
2023: She matches to residency and we start our life in Austin.
2024: We go to Mexico and Brasil. I'm 1 year closer to retiring.
2025: I proposed clumsily and we are now planning the rest of our lives together. Also I broke sub 100 in golf (She gave me a high 5).
