What should I wear?

Answer

This is a formal event and we ask that you refrain from wearing jeans, any shades of purple, or any shade of white.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We will be sending out the invites shortly. When you receive the invite, there will be an RSVP card and return envelope. You may also RSVP through our website.

Are the ceremony & reception at the same location or separate location?

Answer

Both the ceremony & reception will be at Sterling Event Venue regardless of weather.

What are the venue rules?

Answer

*All vehicles, motorbikes, etc. must be parked in the designated parking lot & can NEVER be driven on grass. *You may not take shots of liquor on the venue property. *Smoking/Vaping is permitted outdoors only. Cigar and cigarettes must be disposed of appropriately to help prevent environmental and fire hazards. *Illegal drugs & firearms are NOT permitted on STERLING EVENTS premises. *There are NO PETS/ANIMALS allowed on the property or inside the buildings (unless for handicap use). *Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed in the parking lot. *ALL underage (21 and Under) drinking is strictly prohibited on STERLING EVENTS property, even when provided by a parent(s) to their children.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

Answer

Being the “Sunshine State” Florida does get its fair share of rain! In the event it does rain during the ceremony or there is inclement weather, the ceremony will still go on just inside the reception hall.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding will start promptly at 4:00PM EST. A 30 minute buffer was added to the invitations.

Where will the ceremony, cocktail, and reception take place?

Answer

The Ceremony and cocktail hour are outside and the reception will be indoor with AC.
