Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire for our celebration. For men, this can include a suit or dress slacks paired with a button-down shirt. Ties are optional. For women, dresses of any length are welcome, along with jumpsuits, skirts, or elegant separates. We want everyone to feel comfortable and stylish while still honoring the occasion. Please no jeans or any shade of white, cream, or ivory. These colors are reserved for the bride-to-be.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

It's best to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to begin. This allows time to find parking, get settled in, and avoid a rush at the entrance. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is complete before joining the reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to include everyone, we are only able to accommodate those guests listed on the invitation. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be indicated on your RSVP. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to celebrating together!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend lodging at the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester/University & Medical Center, conveniently located 15 minutes away from Brook-Lea. Call for a reservation at 585-424-4404. The Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham on Chili Ave is another option located just 8 minutes away from Brook-Lea. Call for a reservation at 585-571-8966. AirBnB is another great option to explore!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore and love all your kiddos, we kindly wish to have an adults only event. Enjoy your parents night out, kids free! If you are in need of childcare, please contact Teresa and she would be happy to assist with providing trusted & known recommendations.
