Yes and no. While we love all the little ones in our life, the ceremony and reception will be child free (mainly for their safety to be honest). However, they are more than welcome to join for the welcome drinks and Beer Olympics! I know, I know, why kids at the Beer Olympics? Well, there will plenty of space for them to run around and not be at risk of getting smooshed under dancing feet! Also, not everyone will be drinking and we need some little cheerleaders to keep us on our A game!
There are tons of different accommodation options in Estes Park, HOWEVER, with it being a holiday weekend, we strongly suggest booking something ASAP. Hence why we sent our saves the dates over a year in advance. The venue itself has some lodging but it's nearly booked out already. Get looking!
We will most likely be setting up a shuttle to take guests from DIA to Estes the Thursday before with plenty of time to get ready before the welcome drinks. There are plenty of Ubers in the Estes Park area once there. Keep in mind, the following Monday is the 4th of July so if you end up extending your stay, a rental car may be the way to go. If you decide to rent, we recommend looking at renting closer to the city and taking the train from the airport to union station to avoid surge pricing at airport rentals.
