A shuttle bus will be used to transport hotel guests to and from the venue. The bus will pick up guests from Pinewood at 3:20, the Lodge at 3:30, and Best Western at 3:40.
The bus will pick up guests from Coyland at 8:00pm, 10:00pm, and 11:59pm.
