What Time Should I Arrive at the Venue?

Answer

Though the ceremony will begin at 4:30, we request guest arrive at 4:00. That is when seating will be available, but there will also be a photo booth and games there.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-floral! Think dresses, dress pants, suits, or button ups. The ceremony will be outdoors, so plan accordingly. Jeans and t-shirts would not be appropriate.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP before July 1st, one month before the wedding day. We need a headcount for our caterers, so please let us know if you’ll be attending. That way we can reserve your seat. RSVP "no" if you are unable to make it.

Will it Be an Unplugged Ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Unless specifically requested by the bride or groom, please do not use your phone, or any other device, during the ceremony. We hired a photographer that will capture the moment for us, so please don't be that guy.

Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle bus to bring guests to and from the venue from the hotels. The bus will pick up guests from Pinewood, The Lodge at Crooked Lake, and Best Western. Let us know if you plan on using the bus.

What time will the bus pick me up?

Answer

The shuttle bus will pick up guests from Pinewood at 3:20pm, The Lodge at Crooked Lake at 3:30pm, and Best Western at 3:40pm. The bus will take guests to Coyland Creek just in time for seating to become available for the ceremony. Later in the evening, the bus pick up guest from Coyland Creek at 8:00pm, 10:00pm, and 11:59pm, and bring them back to their hotels.

What's for Dinner?

Answer

Adventures is catering our reception, buffet-style, with our favorite meals: salmon, champagne chicken, and alfredo pasta. The sides will be au gratin potatoes, vegetable medley, and a tossed salad.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, then you can bring a date, otherwise please just bring yourself.

Can I bring my child/children?

Answer

Unless your child’s name is on the invitation/RSVP list, please just bring yourself.

How is the parking?

Answer

Coyland has a parking lot available, but if you stay at a hotel, you can leave your vehicle behind for the shuttle bus, which will take you to and from the venue.
