Can you describe the venue?
Answer
Our wedding will take place at our home in Lobelville, Tennessee where we are nestled on 38 acres of peaceful woodland. We live in an off-grid tiny house tucked away among the trees, surrounded by the gentle sounds of flowing water, the quiet song of crickets, and the cheerful quacking of our ducks. All of the day’s events will unfold right here on the land we’ve carefully cultivated and lovingly groomed—not just for this celebration, but as part of the future we’re building together. It means the world to us to welcome you here and share this special space with the people we care about most.

What will the bathroom situation be?
Answer
We will have a rented port-a-potty. Soap and running water will also be available.

Menu items include nachos, chili, hot dogs, soft pretzels, and snow cones. Beverages will include water, homemade tea, and lemonade. No alcohol will be served.

What are the directions to the venue?
Answer
Venue address: 14172 Crooked Creek Road, Lobelville, TN 37097. Screenshot this message so you have it saved to your phone when you lose service. You will lose service for 20 minutes once you get off the I-40 interstate. These are winding country backroads so drive carefully and watch out for deer. You'll get off at exit 137 (Cuba Landing) from I-40. Turn left. From there, you will go down Blue Creek Road and turn right onto Crooked Creek Road. Don't turn off Crooked Creek Road. Keep going all the way down - you'll pass signs for “Glamping On The River”, the paved road will turn into a dirt road (the city maintains the road so it's pretty smooth), you'll pass over a dry creek bed and then you'll probably get service back. At this point, you're only about a mile from the venue. I drive my Honda Civic on the dirt road daily, but I would not suggest driving a car lower than that due to the creek bed. Call Shana at 615-631-6234 if you have any trouble. There will be balloons and signs indicating you are in the right place. IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN ONTO POND HOLLOW ROAD. STAY ON CROOKED CREEK ROAD.

Answer
Unless you’re planning to gift us a sheep or build us a chicken coop, we truly have everything we need. Instead of a traditional wedding registry, we simply ask that you be here and be present with us—as we fill these hills and hollers with love, laughter, and gratitude. If you’d like to contribute to our honeymoon in Las Vegas, we’ll have a box for cards at the venue where you can leave cash or a check. We’ll also have signs posted with our Venmo and Cash App info for convenience. More than anything, we are thankful for your presence, your love, and your support. Whatever contribution you choose to make—whether it's a kind word, a hug, or a gift—we’re truly grateful.
