Ceremony

2:00 pm - 2:30 pm

During this time, the ceremony will take place. We kindly ask all guests to remain quiet, be present, and help us create a peaceful space as Austin and Samantha take the first step toward beginning their life together. Please also be mindful of our photographers, and do your best to stay out of their way so they can capture these special moments for us to remember.

Reception

2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

There will be no formal dinner, but we’ll have a buffet-style spread of finger foods for everyone to enjoy. Menu items include nachos, chili, hot dogs, soft pretzels, and snow cones. Beverages will include water, homemade tea, and lemonade. Alcohol is BYOB—please drink responsibly and plan ahead for a safe ride home. Throughout the evening, we’ll have games and activities available for kids and fun-loving adults alike. Expect dozens of new and old board games, card games, and maybe even a surprise or two (did someone say petting zoo?). While the bride and groom are off taking fancy pictures, guests are welcome to dig into the food, explore the activities, and enjoy the celebration at their own pace. Don’t worry—we won’t be gone long, and we can’t wait to come back and party with you!

Break dancing

3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

At this time, we’ll be doing the traditional wedding dances—beginning with the bride and groom’s first dance as newlyweds, followed by dances with our parents. Please note: no breakdancing during this part of the evening (that will come later). Once the formal parent dances have begun, we’d love to invite other fathers and daughters, mothers and sons to join us on the dance floor for a few sweet, slow moments of your own. After the formal dances are complete, we’ll open the floor for everyone to show of their wild dance moves, best shuffles and glides, and questionable music taste — so get ready to dance the night away with us!

After Party

4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

The dance floor will be remain open for anyone who wants to keep the celebration going with music, laughter, and a little dancing. However, this is our time to slow things down and enjoy some unhurried moments with our family and friends—whether that means sitting around a table playing uno, chatting by the snack table, or just soaking in the evening. The wedding will officially wrap up at 6:00 PM. As the sun begins to set, we kindly ask guests to begin gathering their things (especially their kids) and preparing to head out around that time. We’re so grateful to spend this day with you—thank you for being part of the beginning of the rest of our lives!
